Kindergarten Teacher We are seeking a passionate, creative, and child-centered IB Kindergarten Teacher to join our Primary Years Programme (PYP) team. The ideal candidate will foster inquiry-based learning, nurture curiosity, and create a joyful classroom environment aligned with IB philosophy. Contact-+91-XXXXXXXXXX Key Responsibilities - Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the IB PYP framework - Develop Units of Inquiry based on transdisciplinary themes - Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment - Encourage inquiry, exploration, and concept-based learning - Observe, assess, and document student progress using formative and summative assessments - Maintain portfolios and student records as per IB standards - Collaborate with coordinators and fellow teachers for curriculum planning - Build strong partnerships with parents through regular communication - Participate in school events, professional development, and IB training Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Education (Early Childhood / Primary preferred) - Montessori / ECCE certification is an advantage - Strong understanding of inquiry-based and experiential learning - Excellent communication and classroom management skills - Passion for early childhood development - Freshers with strong foundational knowledge may also apply IB experience or training is preferred but not mandatory.
