Recruiter (Night Shift)

Job Title: US Hiring Recruiter (Night Shift) Location: On-site || Vaishali Nagar Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone) Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented US Hiring Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for global companies, primarily in the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various hiring platforms, conducting initial screening calls, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based and global clients. • Source candidates through job portals, hiring platforms, Indeed, and other recruitment channels. • Conduct initial phone screening interviews to evaluate candidate suitability. • Assess basic qualifications, experience, communication skills, and role fit. • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. • Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and internal stakeholders. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports. Required Skills & Qualifications • Proven experience in US hiring or international recruitment. • Hands-on experience using hiring platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, etc.). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in English (US accent is a plus). • Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zones). • Strong coordination and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets. Additional Requirements Must own a vehicle for commuting. Immediate joiners preferred. Graduation is required.
