Ads Manager

Are you a data-driven Ads Manager who knows how to scale campaigns and generate quality leads? We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our paid ads and drive real business results. What You’ll Do: • Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on: • Meta (Facebook & Instagram) • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) • Optimize campaigns daily for CPL, conversions, and ROI • Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and copies • Manage ad budgets and scale winning campaigns • Track performance and share weekly/monthly reports • Work closely with creative & sales teams to improve lead quality What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience as an Ads Manager / Performance Marketer • Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads • Good understanding of funnels and lead generation • Analytical mindset with attention to numbers & performance • Ability to manage budgets and scale ads confidently Bonus Points: • Experience in education, finance, or trading niche • Knowledge of landing page optimization • Basic copywriting skills What You’ll Get: • Competitive salary + performance-based incentives • High ownership & growth opportunities • Flexible work environment • Work with a fast-growing brand Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
