Hi Dear, Role: E-commerce Operations & Growth Manager Company: CrewFitClub Location: Remote / Hybrid (India) Experience: 3–6 years Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Ecommerce Operations • Own end-to-end order lifecycle: • Orders, payments, shipping, delivery, returns & refunds • Manage logistics partners (Shiprocket / couriers) • Coordinate with suppliers & vendors • Monitor and reduce RTO, delays, and customer escalations • Ensure smooth daily operations of the store Required Skills & Experience Must-Have • 3–6 years experience in: • D2C brand • Ecommerce startup • Online marketplace operations • Hands-on experience with: • Shopify / WooCommerce • Logistics & fulfillment tools • Google Sheets / Excel • Strong understanding of: • Margins • Unit economics • Ecommerce funnels If your Interested Share your CV Jaspreet Kaur HR.
