Data Analyst Specialist

Role Overview: As a Data Analyst Specialist at CNH Industrial, you will be responsible for Transport Logistics Intelligence activities for the Noida and Pune plants, focusing on inbound and outbound transportation. Your role will involve data analytics, digital intelligence, performance monitoring, cost optimization, and continuous improvement to support efficient transport logistics operations. You will play a key part in driving automation and digitalization initiatives to enhance workplace efficiency and productivity at the logistics shop floor. Your contributions will be essential in developing advanced analytics and interactive dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you will serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for digital activities for the local IT and global TL intelligence department. Key Responsibilities: - Drive automation and digitalization roadmap for the department to improve efficiency and productivity at the logistics shop floor - Develop logistics shop floor with automation tools, AI, and i4.0 technologies - Create advanced analytics and interactive dashboards to support data-driven decisions - Lead logistics digitization projects in alignment with CNH's local and global roadmap - Translate business challenges into data-driven solutions, ensuring practical recommendations aligned with objectives - Implement Transport Management System (TMS) for outbound operations - Evaluate financial risks for the department supported by data analysis - Define necessary checks for the department (both system and physical) - Conduct governance activities for the assigned range Qualifications Required: - 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain analytics, or logistics intelligence - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel; exposure to Power BI or other analytics tools preferred - Working knowledge of SAP, Oracle, TMS, ERP systems - Good communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work independently in a plant environment Preferred Qualifications: - BE/B.Tech (Engineering) or MCA About CNH Industrial: CNH Industrial is a leading company at the forefront of agriculture and construction, dedicated to innovating to drive customer efficiency and success.
