System Administrator / Support Engineer

Job Summary CodeAce IT Solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented System Administrator / Support Engineer to support and maintain our IT infrastructure. This opportunity is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to grow their career in IT support and system administration. Key Responsibilities System Administration • Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux operating systems • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls • Monitor system performance and ensure uptime • Perform system updates, patches, and regular backups • Assist in server maintenance and basic network troubleshooting • Support basic firewall configuration and network security management Desktop Support • Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues • Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals • Troubleshoot OS, MS Office, email, and application-related issues • Support LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and VPN configurations • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation Required Skills • Basic knowledge of Windows OS and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) • Understanding of Active Directory concepts • Knowledge of firewall configuration, firewall policies, and IT security best practices • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills • Good communication and teamwork abilities Eligibility Criteria • B.Tech / BCA / BSc (IT/Computer Science) / Diploma in IT • 0–1 year experience (Freshers can apply) Preferred Qualifications • Certifications such as CCNA / CompTIA Network+ will be an added advantage Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: • Health insurance • Provident Fund Education: • Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred) • total work: 1 year (Preferred) Language: • English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
