Role Overview
We’re looking for a Growth / Community Marketing Intern to help expand the reach of our products by discovering and engaging with relevant online communities.
You’ll work directly with the Founder to identify growth opportunities, participate in discussions across startup and product communities, and help introduce LogChimp to founders, product managers, and teams who can benefit from it.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how early-stage SaaS startups acquire their first users through community-led growth and product-led marketing.
Key Responsibilities
• Discover and research online communities where founders, product managers, and SaaS teams are active
• Identify relevant discussions and opportunities to introduce LogChimp in helpful and meaningful ways
• Participate in community discussions across platforms such as Reddit, LinkedIn, and startup forums
• Assist in submitting our products to SaaS directories and startup listings
• Help draft community posts, discussion responses, and outreach messages
• Track community engagement efforts and user acquisition activities
• Share insights and observations about community trends, feedback, and growth opportunities
What You’ll Bring to the Team
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to write clear, engaging posts and comments tailored to different communities
• Interest in experimenting with different writing styles and tones depending on the audience
• Curiosity about startups, SaaS products, and marketing
• Ability to research and explore online communities
• A proactive mindset and willingness to experiment
• Comfort working in a fast-paced early-stage startup environment
Bonus
• Familiarity with platforms like Reddit, Twitter/X, Indie Hackers, or Product Hunt
• Interest in product management, SaaS, or startup ecosystems
• Experience participating in online communities

Compensation
• ₹2,000 monthly stipend
• ₹500 performance bonus for every paying customer acquired through your efforts
This structure rewards proactive growth efforts and gives interns the opportunity to directly contribute to revenue generation.
Duration
3-6 months (extendable based on performance)
