Role Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP Security Consultant to support ongoing S/4HANA security design, role management, compliance, and governance initiatives. This is a contract-based part time role (4 hours per day), ideal for a senior consultant who can independently drive security design, remediation, and compliance tasks. Key Responsibilities - Design, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA Security (2020 and above) - Configure and manage SAP Fiori Launchpad security including catalogs, groups, spaces & pages - Manage user administration, role creation, and transport management across landscapes - Troubleshoot authorization issues and perform detailed role redesign & remediation - Ensure compliance with SOX and audit requirements - Support access reviews and Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis - Work closely with BASIS and Functional teams during deployments and upgrades - Assist in documenting security architecture and governance processes Required Skills & Experience - 6–10+ years of SAP Security experience - Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Security (2020+) - Deep understanding of Fiori security architecture - Experience in role design, SU24, PFCG, SU53, ST01 trace analysis - Experience with role transport management and cross-system landscape control - Strong understanding of audit controls and compliance requirements Good to Have - Experience with SAP GRC Access Control - Knowledge of CDS View authorization concepts - Experience supporting large enterprise or multi-country deployments Engagement Model - Contract role - 4 hours per day commitment - Flexible working hours with overlap required during client coordination - Project-based with potential extension What We Expect - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Clear documentation and communication skills - Strong troubleshooting mindset - Ownership-driven execution
