The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing career counseling, assisting with career development strategies, and helping students effectively navigate their career paths. Day-to-day tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions with students, guiding them on career management, and offering tailored advice to align students' skills with their career goals. This role is based in Lucknow, with some flexibility for remote work. Qualifications • Expertise in Career Counseling and Student Counseling • Comprehensive knowledge of Career Development and Career Management strategies • Strong Communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students • Empathy, active listening, and the ability to provide actionable advice for career growth • Previous experience in education, counseling, or coaching is preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
