Coding Blocks is looking for a passionate and experienced DSA (Data Structures & Algorithms) Mentor with strong C++ expertise to join our teaching team. If you enjoy solving challenging problems, mentoring aspiring programmers, and helping students build strong algorithmic thinking, this role is for you. This position is ideal for individuals who have a strong background in competitive programming or problem-solving platforms and want to inspire the next generation of developers and coders. Key Responsibilities Mentorship & Teaching Provide mentorship to students learning Data Structures and Algorithms using C++. Help students build strong problem-solving skills and algorithmic thinking. Conduct live coding sessions, mock interviews, and problem-solving classes. Guide students through real interview-level coding problems. Assist in designing and improving course content to ensure it remains practical, engaging, and industry-relevant. Assess student performance through assignments, contests, and coding exercises. Provide constructive feedback and improvement strategies. Encourage participation of the students in coding contests and hackathons. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree(B.E or B.Tech) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Technical Skills Strong proficiency in C++ and Data Structures & Algorithms. Deep understanding of advanced topics such as Dynamic Programming, Graphs, Trees, Greedy, and Advanced Data Structures. If you are passionate about guiding students and you can bring a positive impact in the lives of the students then this Job is for you. Good to have Candidates with strong competitive programming backgrounds will be highly preferred. Good Codeforces/Leetcode rating and profile. Experience in ACM ICPC, Meta Hacker Cup or other competitive programming contests. Experience participating in or mentoring coding competitions or hackathons.
