Location: Mohali, Punjab Experience: 2.5-3 Years Salary: Hike on current Work Mode: 5 Days | Office-based Mode Of Interview: F2F Key Responsibilities: Design social media creatives, banners, ad posts, presentations, and marketing collaterals. Apply modern design trends and AI-assisted tools to speed up and enhance creative outputs. Collaborate with marketing, branding, and content teams to deliver designs aligned with business goals. Assist in maintaining a consistent visual identity across all platforms. Stay up to date with new design tools, AI innovations, and creative best practices. Required Skills & Experience: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva or similar. Awareness of AI-powered design tools like Midjourney, Figma plugins, or generative design platforms. Good understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and composition. Ability to follow brand guidelines and adapt to different visual styles. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Basic knowledge of current design trends across digital platforms. Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics tools like Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro. Experience working on ad campaigns and brand identity projects.
