This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Captain located at our café in Bengaluru. The Food and Beverage Captain will oversee daily operations, ensure adherence to service standards, manage team performance, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring seamless food and beverage service, training team members, addressing customer concerns, and contributing to smooth workflow within the café. Familiarity with service standards and experience in food and beverage service operations. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to create positive and memorable guest experiences. Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is highly desirable. Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
