Job Title: Capture Analyst - US Federal Location: Nashville, TN Fulltime Permanent Role We need Someone from India Only Position Overview: Cogent Infotech is seeking a highly driven and strategic Federal Capture Analyst/Executive to lead capture efforts for upcoming federal opportunities in the US , especially focused on staffing and IT services. This role will be target-based, with clear goals around identifying, qualifying, and winning new federal business. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of federal procurement cycles, upcoming RFPs, and agency buying patterns. Key Responsibilities: Identify and track upcoming federal RFPs, pre-solicitations, and task orders through platforms like SAM.gov, e Buy, Gov Win, etc. Develop and execute capture strategies for target opportunities 6 to 24 months ahead of RFP release. Run bid/no-bid inputs and prepare kickoff summaries/decks for leadership. Build and maintain relationships with federal agencies, contracting officers, teaming partners, and key decision-makers. Prior successful experience Business Development to and/or strong relationships within Departments, including knowledge of the various organizations and missions, that resulted in business growth. Drive full lifecycle capture efforts including opportunity qualification, teaming arrangements, Bid strategy, and proposal management collaboration. Focus on staffing-based opportunities and managed IT services across Federal agencies. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue/capture targets. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Proposal, Delivery, and Recruiting teams. Support development of pipeline reports, bid/no-bid decisions, and win/loss analyses. Must Have: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in Federal Capture Management (IT services focus). Strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations (FAR), IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, and contract vehicles. Analytical thinking to evaluate value, set-aside, contract type, and agency relevance. Demonstrated success winning federal contracts, ideally in staffing, digital transformation, or IT consulting. Familiarity with US Federal Agencies (e.g., DHS, VA, HHS, DOJ, USDA, DOD components). Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Work Mode: Permanent Work from Home Shift Timing: (Night Shift) 7:30 PM IST - 4:30 PM IST Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Salary No bar for the candidate who have US Federal clients experience.
