Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Accounts Payable Specialist where you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions and ensuring accuracy in our accounts payable processes. With a focus on efficiency and attention to detail you will contribute to the seamless operation of our financial department supporting the companys growth and impact on society. This hybrid role offers rotational shifts providing flexibility and a diverse work environment. Responsibilities • Process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently to maintain financial integrity. • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments. • Utilize MS Excel to analyze financial data and generate reports for management review. • Monitor accounts payable transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. • Assist in the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements. • Support the validation of employee expenses to ensure adherence to company guidelines. • Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable activities for audit purposes. • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the accounts payable function. • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding payment inquiries. • Participate in rotational shifts to ensure coverage and support across different time zones. • Adapt to the hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities effectively. • Ensure confidentiality and security of financial information in all transactions. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounts payable management. Qualifications • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions. • Possess excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors and teams. • Show ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Have experience in accounts payable processes and employee expense validation. • Display problem-solving skills to address discrepancies and improve processes. • Be adaptable to rotational shifts and hybrid work model requirements.
