Recruitment Consultant - Development - Contract

Handle end-end recruitment activities right from sourcing - interviewing - closing positions. Provide a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout the sourcing process; Ensure closure of the positions within the set recruitment TAT Build a talent pipeline for future by proactively mapping/sourcing candidates collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition to fill the global positions Education & Experience Minimum five years of experience in handling end-end recruitment activities. Bachelors / master's degree in business administration Minimum five years of experience in handling end-end recruitment activities. At least 1+ years of experience in handling global recruitments. At least 2+ years of experience in handling Application Tracking system is preferred. Experience on Oracle Application Tracking System is a plus Adaptability to the changing needs in the recruitment space. Skilled in networking and sourcing through non-traditional methodologies. Basic knowledge on software technologies / tools. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite tools. Flexible to work in different time zones The work mode of Finisar India is Hybrid i.e. 3 days at office.
