As a Public Relations Executive at PeepalCo, your role is crucial in enhancing brand visibility, building positive relationships with stakeholders, and driving overall business success through strategic public relations initiatives. • *Key Responsibilities:** - **Strategic Communication Planning:** - Devise and implement comprehensive PR strategies to promote PeepalCos mission, values, and products. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PR efforts with overall business objectives. - **Media Relations:** - Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists and industry influencers to secure media coverage. - **Brand Messaging:** - Craft and refine our brand narrative to ensure consistent and impactful communication across all channels. - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to position PeepalCo as a thought leader. - Increase participation in high-impact events and awards. - **Content Creation:** - Draft compelling press releases, media responses, and press statements to effectively communicate our key messages. - **Measurement and Reporting:** - Measure and analyze brand SOV in comparison to competitors. • *Qualifications Required:** - 2-3 years of experience working in a public relations firm or corporate communications team in a fast-paced startup. - Proven experience in public relations, preferably within the crypto or fintech industry, or with a fintech-focused PR agency. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to think strategically and creatively to generate positive media coverage. - Experience in managing PR campaigns and events. - Familiarity with current trends. - Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy. - Collaborative and excelling in team spirit, both internally and externally - the ability to build relationships and trust. - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and G-suite.
