Management Trainee Intern | Residential Transaction Services (Gurugram)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Intern to support our team. The intern will assist in preparing client presentations, analyzing sales data using Advanced Excel, and supporting marketing activities such as brochure creation and promotional materials. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in operations, data analysis and marketing support within the residential real estate sector. Key Responsibilities - Assist the Residential team in preparing client presentations and sales materials. - Use Advanced Excel to organize, analyze, and maintain sales data and reports. - Support the marketing team in creating brochures, presentations, and promotional materials for residential projects. - Maintain and update reports, lead data, and customer information. - Conduct basic market research to support sales and marketing strategies. - Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and documentation. - Help in preparing weekly and monthly sales reports. - Assist in other sales and marketing-related tasks as required. Required Skills & Qualifications - Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Valuable knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting). - Basic understanding of PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Creative mindset for brochure and marketing content creation. - Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
