E-commerce Growth & SEO Specialist (Shopify)

Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and growth-oriented professional to help us build strong long-term SEO foundations and reduce dependency on paid advertising. You will work directly with the founder and play a key role in scaling the business. The ideal candidate understands Shopify, SEO strategy, backlink building, and overall digital growth. This role is ideal for someone who wants ownership, responsibility, and the opportunity to create real impact, not just execute tasks. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute a clear SEO strategy for our Shopify-based website • Optimize product pages and collection pages for search engines • Conduct keyword research targeting France and European markets • Improve on-page SEO and technical SEO structure • Build and manage high-quality backlink strategies • Support improvements in Google Ads performance through landing page optimization • Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and performance analytics • Create marketing creatives, banners, and visual assets (Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW required) • Use AI tools to improve efficiency and content quality • Proactively suggest new growth ideas and optimization opportunities Required Skills & Experience • 2+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing • Proven hands-on experience with Shopify SEO • Strong understanding of backlink building and outreach strategies • Basic understanding of Google Ads and performance marketing • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW (vector design is mandatory) • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and AI-based marketing tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively What We’re Looking For • Someone who thinks like an entrepreneur, not just an employee • Strong decision-making ability and proactive mindset • Enthusiastic about growth and continuous improvement • Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility • Long-term mindset and commitment Location & Structure • Based in Indore • Remote work with occasional hybrid/office collaboration • Full-time engagement under a service provider contract Why Join Us? • Work directly with a growing international e-commerce brand • Make a real impact from day one • High ownership and responsibility • Long-term growth opportunity • Exposure to European markets and global strategy If you are passionate about SEO, digital growth, and building something meaningful from the ground up, we would love to hear from you.
