We are supporting our client in hiring :Cloud Engineer AWS/ Systems Administrator AWSBased in Andheri Mumbai ORGANIZATION : Reporting to the IT Manager you will be part of an international IT Support team responsible in supporting infrastructure security and current digital projects for the group.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage resolution of incidents and service request ensuring successful completion within the Service Level AgreementMaintain security backup and disaster recovery plansSupport audit activities for security and complianceProvide support for local and cloudbased systems and infrastructureProactively monitor infrastructure alerts and review actions requiredReviewing common incidents performing analysis to identify root causesDetermine solutions to address root causes proactively and land these changes across the teamProject Management and Design ActivitiesParticipate in projects for onboarding new solutions or improvements within IT OperationsParticipate in the planning design and implementation of systems working with the internal development teamsCollaborate across IT department to share knowledge and experienceRequirementsYou have a Degree in Computer Engineering Computer Science or ITrelated disciplineThree years (3) experience as an IT Systems Administrator is a mustGood experience in managing infrastructure across one or more of AWS Azure or Google CloudSolid technical and analytical skills to identity issues and suggest corrective long term measuresExperience in managing Linux instances Cloud computing Meraki/Cisco firewalls is desiredExperience with IT asset management and automation tools such as Endpoint Central is desiredStrong skills in vendor management project management teamwork analysis and problemsolvingCertification in MCSE Office 365 AWS Security or ITILYou have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skillsPassionate about technology and innovationBenefitsJoin a leading international company in the maritime industry.
