About the job: Role Description: • Sending RFQs to vendors and communicate with vendors for expediting offers. • Prepare compliance format for technical specification • This role is an internal position that involves engaging with the technical team to reduce the turnaround time (TOT) for bid preparation and submission, so that the maximum number of projects can be bid. Responsibility: • Undertaking responsibility of segregation of project documents, renaming the same and prepare list of documents in excel sheet for easy access. • Preparing compliance sheet in excel format of project specification documents. • Preparing and sending RFQs to vendors. • Following up with vendors via emails, calls, Teams meetings, etc. to expedite the offers. • Maintaining the vendor list document with latest status. • Follow up with internal teams HSE, QC, TSE-DDE for compliance on HSE, QC requirements and VDDR list. • QC of final technical documentation for cosmetic errors such as date, format, spell check, etc. • Providing liaison between TSE and BDS to ensure all deliverables are met Education: • Graduate from a reputed University/ Institute Competencies: Technical Skills The candidate shall have following technical skills: • Well versed to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Soft Skills • Candidate shall have good communication skills especially in English. • Candidate shall effectively/ assertively communicate vendors. • Candidate shall have excellent written communication skills. • Positive, assertive and energetic attitude to work • Produce high-quality, error-free work and consistently deliver good results • Effective in time-management and capable of setting and managing work priorities • Behaves in a manner consistent with organizational values and mission • Good interpersonal skills for effective communication within organization and with vendors • Works with all people involved as a team to achieve common goals Who can apply: Only those candidates can apply who: Salary: Competitive salary Experience: No experience required Deadline: 2035-01-01 00:00:00
