AI-Powered Content & Social Media Manager

Location: Dehradun (Onsite) Shift: **NIGHT SHIFT** About the Company Privately owned since October 2010, Communication Solutions is an offshore outsourcing company that provides back-office research, development, analysis, and consultancy services for leading US brands across the retail, hospitality, F&B, and real estate sectors. We are looking for an AI-Powered Content & Social Media Manager who can lead our social media and creative teams while leveraging modern AI tools to produce impactful marketing and brand content. This role requires a mix of leadership, project management, creative thinking, and AI-powered content development to successfully manage multiple campaigns and ensure high-quality deliverables. Key Responsibilities Team & Project Management • Lead and manage the social media, content, and creative team including content writers, designers, and coordinators. • Plan, assign, and monitor multiple social media and marketing projects. • Manage content calendars, campaign timelines, and project deliverables. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are carried out on time. • Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms. Content Writing & Strategy • Write and oversee high-quality content for social media posts, marketing campaigns, websites, presentations, and brand communications. • Develop engaging and persuasive copy aligned with the brand voice and marketing goals. • Review and edit content created by the team to maintain clarity, consistency, and quality. • Create content strategies and storytelling concepts for marketing campaigns. AI-Driven Content Development • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar platforms to generate content ideas and drafts. • Write effective prompts to produce high-quality AI-generated text, visuals, and creative concepts. • Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and content ideation. Creative Direction & Visual Content • Direct the development of creative assets including graphics, short videos, and promotional materials. • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) for visual content development. • Generate or refine AI-based visuals using tools. Performance & Trends • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvement. • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, AI tools, and digital marketing strategies. Required Qualifications • 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, or similar roles. • Experience leading or coordinating a team. • Excellent English communication and content writing skills. • Strong project management and organizational abilities. • Experience using AI content tools and prompt engineering. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.). • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. Preferred Skills • Experience with AI design tools • Experience with video editing and motion graphics. • Knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting. • Experience working in multi-project or client-driven environments.
