Laptop & Computer Technician

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and responsible Laptop & Computer Technician to join Computer Laptop Clinic . The ideal candidate should be able to handle both in-house repairs and on-site service calls, providing excellent technical support and customer service. Responsibilities: • Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and related hardware • Perform OS installation, software configuration, and system optimization • Manage in-house service tickets and prioritize tasks effectively • Attend on-site calls to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally • Maintain service logs, repair records, and parts inventory • Provide clear communication and technical guidance to customers • Ensure timely completion of all assigned jobs Requirements: • Proven experience as a computer/laptop technician • Strong knowledge of hardware components, OS installation, and common troubleshooting practices • Ability to work independently and handle field visits • Good communication and customer-handling skills • Two-wheeler needed for on-site visits Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month Application Question(s): • Two Wheeler Must Have for Onsite Calls, TA will be Provided additionally Experience: • Computer hardware: 2 years (Required) Willingness to travel: • 25% (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sasthamangalam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
