Agentic Developer (L3) – Python & Azure

Job descripition: Role : Agentic Developer (L3) – Python & Azure Location: Remote Experience Level: L3 (Senior / Independent Contributor) We are looking for a highly skilled Agentic Developer (L3) with strong Python expertise and solid experience on Microsoft Azure to design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents using modern agentic design patterns. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, working with LLM-based systems, and owning features end-to-end in cloud-native environments. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and deploy AI agents using Python and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph)Implement complex DAG-based workflows with conditional logic and autonomous tool-callingDevelop and deploy services using Azure FunctionsIntegrate monitoring and observability using Azure Application Insights / Log Analytics (LAW)Apply secure cloud practices using Service Principals, Managed Identities, and RBACDebug and troubleshoot complex issues across local and Azure environmentsApply advanced prompt engineering techniques (few-shot, chain-of-thought, tool schemas)Implement agentic patterns such as “LLM as a Decision Maker” Required Skills: Strong Python development experience (production-grade systems) Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (AWS/GCP also acceptable)Experience with LangGraph or similar AI orchestration frameworksAzure Functions deployment and managementMonitoring using Azure App Insights / Log AnalyticsStrong debugging and troubleshooting skillsSolid understanding of agentic AI design patterns and prompt engineering Good to HaveVS Code development experienceAzure networking basics (VNets, Subnets, DNS)CI/CD pipelines or IaC (Bicep / Terraform)Async programming in Python (asyncio, threading, multiprocessing)Awareness of Model Context Protocol (MCP)L3 ExpectationsWork independently with minimal supervisionOwn medium-to-large features end-to-endMentor junior engineers and provide technical guidanceTroubleshoot complex cross-system issuesContribute to architecture and design discussions Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
