SAP GRC Specialist Finance Roles

Role Overview: As an SAP GRC Specialist with over 10 years of experience, your primary role will involve managing and securing user access within SAP systems, with a specific focus on FICO, FSCM, and S/4HANA environments. You will be responsible for designing role-based access controls, conducting Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, ensuring compliance with audit requirements, and troubleshooting authorization issues to maintain secure financial data access. Key Responsibilities: - Create, configure, and maintain complex SAP roles (individual and composite) and authorization objects, with a strong emphasis on finance-related transactions. - Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and remediation to align with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) or internal audit standards. - Implement and optimize security measures for SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. - Secure access for Fiori applications, particularly within the finance module. - Provision and manage access for Finance and corporate users. - Resolve authorization failures and user access issues. - Possessing GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) certification is considered advantageous. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. - Minimum of 10 years of experience as an SAP GRC Specialist. - Strong expertise in SAP roles, authorization objects, and finance-related transactions. - Proficient in conducting Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and ensuring compliance with audit standards. - Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA security implementation and optimization. - Familiarity with Fiori App security and user management. - Excellent troubleshooting skills for resolving authorization failures and user access issues.
