Visa Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Visa Filing Officer to manage end-to-end visa documentation and filing processes for multiple countries. The role requires accuracy, coordination with clients and embassies, and adherence to visa guidelines. Key Responsibilities • Handle visa documentation, filing, and submission for various countries • Check and verify client documents as per embassy requirements • Fill visa application forms accurately (online/offline) • Coordinate with clients for missing or additional documents • Track visa applications and provide timely updates to clients • Maintain proper records of applications and client data • Stay updated with latest visa rules and embassy guidelines • Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth processing Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Application Question(s): • Which all destinations you have handled so far? • What is your current CTC?
