Travel Visa Executive / Sr Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Tourist Visa Executive to handle end-to-end visa processing for international travel. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of tourist visa documentation, embassy requirements, and visa procedures for major destinations. Key Responsibilities: • Handle end-to-end tourist visa processing for multiple destinations such as Europe (Schengen), UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore, UAE, etc. • Guide clients regarding visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures. • Verify and review client documents to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission. • Prepare and organize visa files including application forms, cover letters, and supporting documents. • Coordinate with embassies, consulates, VFS/visa application centers, and clients for appointments and submissions. • Track visa application status and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams. • Handle visa appointments, biometrics scheduling, and document submissions. • Stay updated with latest visa rules, embassy guidelines, and travel regulations. • Manage multiple visa cases simultaneously while ensuring timely submission and processing. • Maintain proper records and documentation of all visa applications. • Assist the sales team with visa-related queries and requirements during the booking process. Key Skills Required: • Strong knowledge of tourist visa processes and documentation. • Experience with Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia and other major destinations preferred. • Good communication and client handling skills. • High attention to detail and documentation accuracy. • Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple applications.
