Brand & E-commerce Creative Designer (Dehradun)

We’re hiring a Brand & E-commerce Creative Designer for an early-stage premium D2C wellness/nutraceutical startup. This is not a generic graphic design role. We’re looking for someone who can work across packaging, ecommerce, ads, and brand communication with solid design taste and clear thinking. You should be able to create work that looks premium, feels trustworthy, and performs well across different customer touchpoints. Responsibilities : - Design packaging and product labels - Create Amazon / marketplace listing images and A+ content - Create D2C website banners, landing page sections, and product page creatives - Design Meta ad creatives and campaign visual assets - Create social media posts and launch creatives - Handle basic motion graphics / short video edits - Use AI tools for ideation and content production where helpful - Maintain a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints Requirements: - 2 to 5 years of relevant experience - Strong portfolio with packaging, ecommerce, and ad creatives - Experience with D2C brands preferred - Experience in wellness, beauty, skincare, FMCG, or nutraceuticals is a strong plus - Strong design taste with the ability to keep work premium, clean, and conversion-focused - Ability to think beyond aesthetics and understand hierarchy, trust, and communication - Comfortable working in a startup environment with speed, ownership, and iteration - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma - Basic motion/video editing skills - Familiarity with AI tools for creative ideation or production is a plus - Experience with 3D mockups is a plus - What will make someone stand out: - Has worked on a consumer brand that sells online - Understands Amazon, D2C, and performance marketing creatives - Can explain the logic behind design decisions - Can simplify complex information visually - Can build systems, not just one-off creatives Compensation: - ₹35,000 to ₹50,000 per month - Based on experience, relevance, and portfolio quality - Initial hiring may begin with a structured trial / probation period To apply, please share: - Portfolio - Resume / LinkedIn - Current location - Current compensation - Expected compensation - Notice period - A short note on the most relevant brands / projects you’ve worked on
