As a Solutions Lead, Development at Connected Manufacturing, your role involves providing technical leadership for complex MES/MOM and digital manufacturing implementations. In this dual role as a hands-on senior developer and technical authority, you will guide architecture decisions, enforce standards, and support enterprise-level deployments in manufacturing environments. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Lead software development efforts across MES/MOM implementations - Provide technical guidance, architecture oversight, and development standards enforcement - Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code delivery - Conduct code reviews and validate adherence to SDLC best practices - Develop and customize MES solutions such as Opcenter/Camstar - Design and develop UI for web applications and portals - Develop interfaces for CIO/Camstar interoperability and integration services - Provide custom programming using languages like C#, .NET, ASP.NET, SQL, and Web Services - Assist in system integration and acceptance testing preparation and execution - Troubleshoot and resolve advanced customer issues - Mentor and support developers across the organization - Contribute to internal knowledgebase and forums - Ensure proper documentation of development work • *Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field - 1015 years in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) environments - 710 years leading development/customization in MES systems - Strong expertise in C#, .NET, SQL, Web Services - Experience in regulated industries and consultative client-facing roles - Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical execution As a Solutions Lead, Development at Connected Manufacturing, you will play a crucial role in guiding technical direction, ensuring high-quality code delivery, and supporting enterprise-level deployments.
