Graphic Designer and Visual Content Creator

This role is ideal for a designer/video editor with 3–4+ years of hands-on experience who enjoys creating content that gets used. You’ll work closely with the marketing and sales teams to design visuals and edit videos that go live across platforms . You’ll be expected to execute independently, think creatively, and continuously improve with feedback. What You’ll Work OnDesign · Create social media creatives, banners, posters and brand assets · Design ad creatives, pitch decks and marketing collaterals · Work on UI designs for web and app use cases · Adapt and evolve existing brand templates into fresh, on-brand visuals · Collaborate with marketing to align design with campaign and business goals · Ensure visual consistency across platforms and formats Video Editing · Edit short-form videos for social media, reels and ads · Add subtitles, motion graphics, transitions and music · Resize and optimise videos for multiple platforms · Edit brand and campaign videos from concept to final output Tools & Skills You Should KnowRequired UI & Design · Figma or Adobe XD – UI design, components, auto-layout · Adobe Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign · Asset optimisation for web, app and print-ready outputs Video Editing · Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve · After Effects – motion graphics, titles, and transitions · Basic sound editing – EQ, noise reduction, loudness levels · Color correction – exposure, white balance, matching shots · File formats & codecs – H.264, ProRes, export settings (no pixel crimes) Good to Have (Optional) · Motion graphics basics beyond essentials · Basic 3D or AI tools – Blender, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly · Familiarity with social media trends and content formats · Experience working in startups, agencies or fast-paced teams · Worked with teams across regions · A network of freelancers and other designers What We’re Looking For · 3-4 years of experience in graphic design and/or video editing · Strong visual sense, typography awareness and attention to detail · Comfortable handling multiple projects with quick turnarounds · Open to feedback, iteration and learning fast · Understanding of how design and video support marketing outcomes What You’ll Gain · Ownership of a live brand, UI, and marketing creatives · Exposure to real campaign execution in a fast-moving startup · Opportunity to influence visual systems and creative direction · A portfolio strengthened by real, published work Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹450,000.00 per year Benefits: • Health insurance • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
