About the job: Walk in Drive for fresher (only 2025 batch) from 9th March 2026 (10.30 am to 1.00 pm) The Fresher will support the review and assessment of residential mortgage loan files to ensure alignment with investor criteria and industry standards. This role involves closely examining loan documentation, assessing credit quality, validating compliance, and supporting risk evaluation processes under guidance. The position is ideal for candidates with foundational knowledge of mortgage underwriting and a keen interest in developing expertise in loan risk assessment. About the Role As a Fresher, you will be responsible for: Responsibilities • Loan File Inventory • Ensure mortgage loan packages include all required documentation for reviews. • Flag missing or incomplete documents for further follow-up. • Credit Review • Support evaluation of credit decisioning elements such as income verification and asset validation. • Assist in reviewing borrower credit history and financial information against underwriting guidelines and investor criteria. • Fraud Review • Participate in basic fraud screening by reviewing borrower information and supporting background data. • Report potential inconsistencies to senior team members. • Property Valuation Review • Assist in reviewing property appraisals and valuation reports to ensure they meet specified requirements and accuracy standards. • Legal Document Review • Support basic assessment of legal documents within loan files to check for proper execution and enforceability. Qualifications Education & Experience: • Any Bachelors degree. (only 2025 batch, with 60% and above) • No prior experience required entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. • Basic understanding of mortgage lending or financial services is advantageous. • Should be willing to work in night shift.
