The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. The role demands strong communication, networking, and organizational skills to ensure timely and quality hiring aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand manpower requirements and job specifications for various roles.
• Source candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates based on job fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely follow-up and feedback with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding formalities for selected candidates.
• Support HR activities such as induction, documentation, and employee engagement when required.
Required Skills and Competencies:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities.
• Good understanding of recruitment channels and hiring strategies.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and MS Office tools.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with good communication skills can apply).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
