TRANSFER - Chief Product Cybersecurity and Privacy Officer (India)

Your tasks Your tasks As a team member of the Central Functions of ContiTech, you will be globally responsible to enable, guide, and steer product cybersecurity and privacy at ContiTech holistically along the entire value chain to maximize synergies in different projects/frameworks/platforms across all organizational entities. You will be responsible for providing insights and recommendations to help drive key business decisions without compensating for digital product security. The Chief Product Cybersecurity and Privacy Officer supports the digital product roadmap and strategy through partnership with key leaders to establish framework and improvement of a End-to-End Process Automation for technical Regulations Mgmt. in the entire organization. You Facilitate an iterative process and main contact outside Continental for technical Compliance (tC) regarding Product Cybersecurity and Privacy Ensure that relevant Product Cybersecurity and Privacy related regulations and standards are known, transformed into internal rules, deployed into and executed by organizational units Driving adequate representation in external associations and involvement in committee work regarding Product Cybersecurity and Privacy and ensure clarification with respective authorities Guidance to develop specific Continental Position regarding all Product Cybersecurity and Privacy subjects in scope together with relevant functions and expert networks Identifying of and contributing to current & upcoming overarching publications in scope Development and maintenance of internal & external Experts/ Specialists Networks and a Competency Development Plan to manage all Product Cybersecurity a Privacy subjects in scope Coaching and consulting Specialists on their job to manage all Product Cybersecurity and Privacy subjects in their scope of responsibility Supporting tC Risk & Concern Management by providing Product Cybersecurity and Privacy expertise. Your profile Academic Degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics or related field Professionell Experience Profound experience in Authority & Association Relationship Management Expert knowledge about the Continental product portfolio/ components/ product life cycle Several years of experience working in Product Development and the implementation of Product Cybersecurity and Privacy, Regulations Management, or related field in at least one market Several years of experience in leading networks, leading projects, developing competencies, training, coaching and consulting, strategy and product roadmap coordination You Have excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus) with high level of social competence and teamwork Confident communication with top decision makers and with cross-functional teams across multiple countries Are willing to travel internationally 10% of the time Strong ability to think and plan strategically, analyse complex problems, and find creative solutions Our offer Ready to drive with Continental?
