The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring product quality, leading QA initiatives, improving testing processes, and mentoring junior QA team members. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable and reliable HRMS solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end testing activities across multiple modules and releases • Design comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases • Perform advanced manual testing: Smoke, Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and UAT support • Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium or similar frameworks • Ensure high test coverage through automation and continuous improvement practices • Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through to resolution • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements and quality deliverables • Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings • Review test cases and provide guidance to junior QA team members • Monitor QA metrics, prepare quality reports, and highlight risks or bottlenecks • Support production releases, hotfix validations, and client-reported issue verification • Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (BE/BTech/BSc) • 4+ years of experience in software QA, preferably in product-based environments • Strong expertise in manual testing methodologies and defect lifecycle management • Hands-on experience in automation testing frameworks (Selenium preferred) • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies • Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) is an added advantage • Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) • Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies, databases, and UI/UX principles • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills • Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor and lead QA initiatives • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet release timelines Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Provident Fund Ability to commute/relocate: • Vidyavihar, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): • What is your current CTC? • What is your expected CTC? • What is your notice period?
