We are building something in Delhi. It's a food brand (Or a cult?). We haven't decided yet. What we do know is that we have Zero followers. Zero customers. Zero brand recognition. This means you get to build our entire brand and presence from day one. Forget boring desk jobs. Forget consultants who send PDFs and disappear. You're physically there—at the pop-up stand, the sampling event, on the street creating chaos (the good kind). You're not managing campaigns from a laptop. You're IN them. What You'll Actually Do (No Corporate BS): • Create The Buzz (Bakchodi Encouraged) Make people stop, look, and talk about us Engage strangers, create experiences, turn passersby into customers Be charismatic, energetic, and unapologetically bold • Be Everywhere, Do Everything Pop-up stands? You're setting them up. Sample distribution? You're handing them out. College fest? Not just plan the event, but SET IT UP, RUN IT, and make it memorable. Distribute pamphlets? Sure. Create a flash mob? Why not. Guerrilla marketing at 7 AM? Let's go. • Build campaigns from thin air No budget? No problem. Street sampling, guerrilla stunts, viral moments made with vibes and audacity • Ideate Like Your Rent Depends On It Come up with wild, creative ideas for on-ground marketing that people actually remember Your brain should be a 24/7 idea-generating machine. • Execute Without Excuses Problem-solve in real-time because things WILL go wrong Own the result—if it flops, learn and bounce back You're Perfect For This If: ✅ You get energized by crowds, not drained ✅You can make something out of nothing (low budget = high creativity) ✅ You can think on your feet ✅ You're creative but also practical (ideas are useless if you can't execute) ✅ You've done on-ground marketing, events, brand activations, or field sales before Skills We Actually Care About: • High-energy personality • Guerrilla marketing / on-ground activation experience • Creative ideation with zero budget constraints • Thick skin (not everything will work, and that's fine) • Comfortable with ambiguity and building from 0 • Ability to ideate creative marketing campaigns • Strong communication and street-smart networking What we offer: Tenure : 3 months Fixed stipend : Rs. 7000-10000 per month (we're a startup, but we pay on time) LOR-Letter Of Recommendation (based on your crazy performance) Full time conversion opportunity A young GenZ team (no boomers telling you "that's not how we do it") Freedom to experiment (seriously, try the weird ideas) You're building a food brand, free samples are a given How To Apply: Kindly fill the google form: https://forms.gle/QcbG7BaqrLV98xSp8 See you on the other side.
