Timings :- 3p.m. - 9p.m. Nature of JOB - Work From Home - Internship Key Responsibilities: Reply to unread WhatsApp and CRM leads Call back missed calls within 10–15 minutes Take follow-ups on pending leads Handle fresh leads during evening hours and Sundays Update CRM with proper lead status (New / Follow-up / Confirmed / Not Interested) Assist in scheduling AC pickup appointments Send confirmation messages to customers.
