Visual & Content Marketing Specialist (India)

COPAR is entering a growth phase across Australia and international markets. We are seeking a Content & Design Associate who combines strong visual design with structured, commercially aligned content and campaign execution. This role carries equal responsibility across design and content, while also supporting marketing strategy execution. You will create high-quality visual assets, develop persuasive messaging, and assist in delivering marketing and community campaigns that strengthen COPAR’s brand presence and commercial outcomes. You will also assist with website updates and digital asset management, working alongside our external web development team. Key Responsibilities Design - Design brochures, product sheets, trade show materials, infographics and digital advertising assets. - Produce LinkedIn, EDM and campaign visuals aligned with brand standards. - Translate technical information into structured, professional layouts. - Maintain strict brand consistency across all materials. Content Development - Develop engaging content for website pages, product descriptions, social media, LinkedIn posts and newsletters. - Support sector-based campaigns with clear, benefit-led messaging. - Refine technical product information into compelling copy. - Assist in drafting sales enablement collateral and campaign messaging. Marketing Strategy Execution & Campaigns - Support execution of marketing campaigns across sectors and product lines. - Assist in planning and delivering trade show, product launch and community initiatives. - Contribute ideas to content and campaign strategy aligned with commercial objectives. - Support community-focused initiatives that reinforce COPAR’s sustainability positioning. Website & Digital Management - Work with external web developers to implement updates and enhancements. - Upload and update product images, videos and technical documentation. - Maintain product and sector page accuracy. - Apply SEO best practices in website content updates. - Support backend content updates that do not require complex coding. Performance & Optimisation - Monitor digital and campaign performance metrics. - Provide recommendations for improvement. - Manage multiple concurrent projects under deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail. AI & Creative Innovation - Leverage AI design and writing tools to improve efficiency and ideation. - Integrate AI responsibly into creative workflows. - Stay current with evolving creative and digital tools. Required Skills and Experience - Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. - 2–4 years experience in both graphic design and content creation. - Robust portfolio demonstrating digital and print design, along with writing samples. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. - Familiarity with AI-powered design and writing tools. - Experience updating and managing websites via external platforms. - Understanding of SEO best practices. - Ability to work in a fast-paced B2B environment with multiple deadlines. Personal Attributes - Creativity and a keen eye for detail, especially in design. - Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Commercially aware and comfortable with technical subject matter. - Proactive, accountable and execution-focused.
