Facebook Ads Manager

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Social Media Manager who can manage our online presence, run high-performing ad campaigns, and drive measurable growth. The ideal candidate is an expert in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads, with a proven track record of delivering ROI-focused campaigns. Key Responsibilities • Plan and manage engaging content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). • Develop, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPC, etc.). • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis. • Analyze analytics reports and provide insights for improvement. • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices. • Coordinate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality creatives. • Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize results. Requirements • Proven experience in social media management and paid ads. • Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads. • Strong understanding of targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking. • Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and basic graphic design is a plus. • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
