Role Overview As the Head of Product Engineering, you will lead the strategy, execution, and scaling of core engineering initiatives across our sovereign cloud and GPU infrastructure offerings. You will oversee the full product development lifecycle—from architectural direction and design to delivery and optimization—while fostering a high-performance engineering culture. This role is ideal for a visionary leader who thrives at the intersection of technical innovation, execution excellence, and organizational growth. Key Responsibilities Strategy Leadership: Define and lead the product engineering strategy in alignment with company business vision. Team Building: Build and scale engineering teams that are agile, mission-driven, and quality-obsessed. Architectural Decisions: Own architecture across cloud-native platforms, AI/GPU orchestration, and infrastructure layers. Product Execution: Drive development from MVP to GA with milestone-based delivery. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Solutions, and Customer Success teams to translate customer needs into features. Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure engineering effectiveness, product quality, and velocity. Best Practices: Champion CI/CD, DevOps, test automation, and cloud-native architectural standards. Mentorship & Growth: Mentor engineering leaders and individual contributors with career development support. Technical Voice: Serve as an executive representative in strategic planning and technical roadmap discussions. Requirements Experience: 10+ years in engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior engineering leadership role managing cross-functional product teams. Platform Expertise: Proven experience building and scaling SaaS/PaaS platforms, preferably in cloud or GPU/AI domains. Technical Skills: Strong grasp of microservices architecture, Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD, and DevSecOps. System Design: Hands-on experience in distributed systems and cloud orchestration platforms. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Soft Skills Leadership: Strong ability to lead diverse engineering teams in high-growth environments. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, especially for cross-functional collaboration. Strategic Thinking: Visionary mindset for aligning technology and business goals.
