Learning Operation Executive

About the Role: The Learning Operations Lead will be responsible for end-to-end coordination, execution, and quality assurance of a blended learning program delivered through District Nodal Skill Centers (DNSCs) established in partner colleges. The program includes weekly physical classes and online sessions. The role also includes mobilization support, industry engagement, and placement coordination at the district level. Program Operations & Delivery • Ensure effective conduct of weekly in-person classes at DNSC, including classroom setup, faculty coordination, and learner support. • Manage scheduling and logistics for online classes, assessments, and learner engagement. • Maintain program calendars, ensure timely delivery of content, and monitor learning outcomes. • Support faculty in session planning and learner engagement activities. • PSP Assessments execution Qualifications & Experience: • Graduate degree in education, management, social work, or a related field (master’s preferred). • 3–5 years of experience in program delivery, mobilization, skill development, or education sector. • Prior experience in field outreach, placement coordination, or student engagement is preferred. • Proficiency in digital tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.
