Roles and Responsibilities:-
Preparing daily pricing reports and sending to customers on timely basis.
Sending application documents.
Preparing contracts for New Customers.
Checking transactions report daily for incorrect pricing entries on vendor portal.
Preparing Invoices for customers on timely basis.
Adding Invoices in accounting system.
Deal with vendors for any change requests.
Assign Fuel cards to customers in online portal.
Deal with customers for payment reminders via email.
Job duties as assigned
Part time (5 hours) Morning Shift / Midnight Shift
Required to work Indian and Canadian Holidays
Full-time role Possibility after probation period.
Duties as assigned based on business needs
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
