Billing & Collections Specialist

You are being hired as a Cash Application Specialist for Chennai location. Immediate joiners are preferred for this role. You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Cash Applications, or Financial Accounting. The shift timing for this role is from 3 PM to 12 AM, and the work can be done virtually or directly. As a Cash Applications Specialist at our rapidly growing healthcare software and services company, you will play a crucial role in accurately posting payments in our ERP system, NetSuite. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accurate and timely processing of cash transactions for multiple entities. You will also support the accounting department in maintaining accurate financial records in compliance with Indian accounting standards and company policies. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately post customer payments in NetSuite to maintain up-to-date cash ledgers and customer subledger records. - Reconcile cash accounts to ensure that bank activity aligns with posted transactions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred). - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Cash Applications, or Financial Accounting. - Good written and verbal communication skills in English. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
