Sales Representative

Store: Cosmographia Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and skilled Salesperson to join our team specializing in high-quality men’s footwear under our brand, Cosmographia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage our store efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Sales & Customer Service: Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. • Store Management: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining store cleanliness. • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our product range, including features, benefits, and the craftsmanship behind our leather footwear. • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, and manage inventory to avoid overstock or shortages. • Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive and organized product displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience. • Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately, handle returns and exchanges, and manage the store’s cash register efficiently. • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the store team to create a positive and supportive work environment. • Customer Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to improve products and services. Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment. • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. • Ability to manage store operations efficiently, including inventory management and cash handling. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. • Passion for footwear and fashion is a plus.
