Short-Form Video Editor - Internship

About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels and LinkedIn posts with strong pacing and retention. 2. Create engaging subtitles and on-screen text that improve clarity and watch time. 3. Maintain a consistent visual style across all content. 4. Collaborate closely with the founder to iterate quickly based on feedback. Familiarity with finance/business-style short-form content is a strong plus. 2. Basic knowledge of After Effects or motion design templates preferred. 3. Strong visual taste - knowing when not to animate is as important as animating. 4. Portfolio or sample work is mandatory (Instagram, Drive, Behance, or YouTube links).
