As a System Administrator (Business Intelligence Technician) at our client, a globally recognized engineering, technology, and professional services firm, your role will involve designing, implementing, and supporting Unified Communications (UC) and Audio/Visual (AV) environments across the organization. You will be responsible for providing end-to-end lifecycle support, collaborating with internal stakeholders, coordinating with external vendors, and ensuring the smooth functioning of communication systems. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and support Unified Communications (UC) and Audio/Visual (AV) environments - Provide lifecycle support including deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization - Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Architects, Engineers, Project Managers, Security, and Supply Chain teams - Coordinate with external vendors for system installations, upgrades, and issue resolution - Support videoconferencing, collaboration tools, and call center technologies - Perform system upgrades, patching, and post-deployment validation - Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to ensure uptime and stability - Maintain detailed documentation for systems, processes, and configurations - Act as an internal consultant for UC and AV solutions and best practices - Participate in system design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for communication systems - Adapt to flexible work hours and occasional travel as needed Qualifications Required: - Strong hands-on experience with Unified Communications systems, especially Microsoft Teams (including Direct Routing) - Experience with Crestron Flex (Teams MTR), AudioCodes, Polycom, and/or Cisco VTC devices - Proven ability to design and support AV/UC environments, including interpreting floorplans and schematics - Solid IT network communications knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining communication systems Join our client's team and be a part of delivering innovative infrastructure and digital transformation solutions in a collaborative and forward-thinking work environment.
