Key Responsibilities:
• Prospecting potential accounts using different databases,directories, and Office- to Office
• Visit office to office and convert existing leads.
• Continuously generating prospective customers and references from every visit.
• Selling products using face-to-face techniques.
• Ensuring the delivery of all necessary documents.
• Achieving the given Monthly targets.
• Filling in daily reports and submitting them to the direct manager as required.
• Effective time management of reporting and office work activities.
• Operating with the highest standards of personal integrity at all times.
Candidate Profile:
Behavioral -
• Excellent interpersonal and should have good verbal and written communications skills
• Multi-tasking and who can prioritize multiple projects at a time and take initiatives
• Strong analytical skills and ability to relate results to campaign objectives.
• Experience in cross-team coordination with proven results high ownership skills
Technical -
• Should be a self-starter and able to operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated excellent analytical ability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence others without formal authority.
• Prior B2B and B2C sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment of a high-growth start-up.
