Dentist (Saligramam)

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Assistant Dental Doctor to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing patients and clinic operations during working hours, while delivering high-quality dental care. Key Responsibilities: - Comprehensive patient diagnosis and treatment planning - Performing Root Canal Treatments (RCTs) independently - Crown and bridge preparations - Restorative procedures including composite and GIC fillings - Scaling and oral prophylaxis - Productive chairside patient management - Handling intraoral scanning and assisting in digital dentistry workflows - Maintaining proper clinical documentation and treatment records - Ensuring strict infection control and sterilization protocols - Coordinating with front office and lab for smooth clinic operations Required Skills & Qualifications: - BDS (Mandatory) | MDS preferred - Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience - Strong clinical skills, especially in endodontics and restorative dentistry - Familiarity with digital dentistry and intraoral scanners - Good communication and patient-handling skills - Ability to work independently and manage clinic responsibilitie Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: - Flexible schedule Experience: - Clinical: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
