Web 3D / WebXR Developer

Company Name : Crazy Pencils. Experience: 3–7+ years Role Summary Build a high-performance browser-based 3D/VR experience for virtual walkthroughs and interactive product/property tours. You will implement 3D rendering, interactions (hotspots), navigation, VR mode (WebXR), performance optimization, and deployment. Responsibilities Develop WebGL/WebXR experiences using Three.js or Babylon.js (preferred) Build scene navigation: floors/rooms, teleport, minimap/POV jumps, hotspots Implement UI overlays: menus, loading screens, instructions, language toggles Optimize performance: draw calls, LODs, texture compression, light baking strategy Integrate analytics + lead capture (forms, WhatsApp/CRM hooks) Create reusable components/templates for future projects Collaborate with 3D artist to define asset pipeline and constraints Deploy and maintain builds (CDN hosting, caching, versioning) Required Skills Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, modern frontend fundamentals Proven WebGL 3D work with Three.js/Babylon.js Understanding of 3D optimization: mesh simplification, texture atlases, GPU limits Familiarity with glTF/GLB, PBR materials, HDRI, lightmaps Web performance tuning for mobile + low-end devices Git + basic CI/CD Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
