Job Title: Business Development Executive (Night Shift) Location: Mohali Shift: Night Shift ( Onsite ) Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive for our Mohali office (Night Shift). The candidate will be responsible for generating business through international freelancing platforms and building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Generate leads and acquire projects from platforms like Upwork (formerly Odesk), Elance, Freelancer, Guru, and Fiverr • Create proposals, bid on projects, and follow up with clients • Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and calls • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team • Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals • Maintain records of leads, bids, and conversions Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field • Proven experience in bidding on freelancing platforms • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Strong negotiation and closing skills • Comfortable working night shifts • Target-driven and self-motivated Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Experience: • BDE: 1 year (Required) Language: • English (Required) Work Location: In person
