Senior UI Designer

About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage the UI design team, ensuring high-quality, user-centric design output across all projects. 2. Review, assign, and prioritize design tasks based on project requirements, timelines, and business goals. 3. Collaborate with product, client servicing, and development teams to translate requirements into effective UI solutions. 4. Ensure design consistency by maintaining and enforcing design systems, UI guidelines, and brand standards. 5. Conduct regular design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor designers to improve performance and skills. 6. Oversee end-to-end UI project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality benchmarks, and client expectations are met. 6. Present design concepts and final UI solutions to internal stakeholders and clients when required. 7. Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous design innovation.
