We're seeking a results-driven International Sales Lead with 5+ years of experience to spearhead our expansion into US, UK, and Australian markets. As our "Global Hunter," you'll build a high-value pipeline from scratch for React/Node/Flutter projects, targeting SaaS startups and eCommerce businesses. Leverage India's cost advantages with seamless timezone-aligned delivery to close deals worth ₹5L+ ACV. Key Responsibilities • Execute cold outreach via LinkedIn (Sales Navigator) and email sequences to SMEs in US/UK/Aus. Pitch tailored solutions: React Native apps, Angular dashboards, Flutter development. • Build and own the international sales pipeline from zero. • Lead team strategy for global growth and handle international payments (PayPal, Wise). What We're Looking For 5+ years in IT services sales, with proven closes to US/UK clients (₹5L+ ACV deals). Mastery of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and high-converting email sequences (cold → booked calls). Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and collaborate with internal teams. Well-honed analytical skills for market research and sales strategy development. Customer service experience and a client-focused approach to address needs effectively. Understanding of financial concepts to create accurate pricing models and assess market opportunities. Prior experience in IT services or consultancy sales would be advantageous. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and achieve sales goals consistently.
